Using Keck DEIMOS spectra of stars in the Andromeda (M31) and Triangulum (M33) galaxies, selected from the large multiband (near-ultraviolet, visible light, and near-infrared) Hubble Space Telescope surveys PHAT and PHATTER, respectively, we have ...

Discovery of a Large and Faint Nebula at the Triangulum Galaxy
Abstract We report the discovery of a previously uncatalogued arch-shaped filamentary nebula at the outer part of the Triangulum galaxy (M33) centered at α = 1h34m25s, δ = + 30

Triangulum galaxy viewed byPlanck [PDF]
We used Planck data to study the M33 galaxy and find a substantial temperature asymmetry with respect to its minor axis projected onto the sky plane. This temperature asymmetry correlates well with the HI velocity field at 21 cm, at least within a galactocentric distance of 0.5 degree, and it is found to extend up to about 3 degrees from the galaxy ...

Temperature Variations of Cold Dust in the Triangulum Galaxy M 33 [PDF]
We present wide-field 1.1 mm continuum imaging of the nearby spiral galaxy M 33, conducted with the AzTEC bolometer camera on ASTE. We show that the 1.1 mm flux traces the distribution of dust with $T$ $\sim$ 20 K. Combined with far-infrared imaging at 160$\ \mu$m, we derived the dust temperature distribution out to a galactic radius of $\sim$ 7 kpc ...

The potential of the dwarf galaxy Triangulum II for dark matter indirect detection [PDF]
The recently discovered object Triangulum II appears to be an ultra faint dwarf spheroidal galaxy which may be one of the most dark matter dominated objects yet known. In this work we try to estimate the potential of this object for studies of the indirect detection of self-annihilating dark matter by obtaining its astrophysical J-factor.

A high-resolution, dust-selected molecular cloud catalogue of M33, the Triangulum Galaxy [PDF]
We present a catalogue of Giant Molecular Clouds (GMCs) in M33, extracted from cold dust continuum emission. Our GMCs are identified by computing dendrograms. We measure the spatial distribution of these clouds, and characterise their dust properties.

The Building of Galactic Disks: Insights from the Triangulum Spiral Galaxy Messier 33 [PDF]
AbstractThe Triangulum Spiral Galaxy Messier 33 offers unique insights into the building of a galactic disk. We identify spectacular arcs of intermediate age (0.6 Gyr − 2 Gyr) stars in the low-metallicity outer disk. The northern arc spans ~120 degrees in azimuth and up to 5 arcmin in width.

The Samples and Binary Fractions of Red Supergiants in M31 and M33 by the HST Observations
The binarity of red supergiants (RSGs) influences their evolution and the fate of supernovae. We investigate the binary fraction of RSGs in the Andromeda galaxy (M31) and Triangulum galaxy (M33) using photometry from the Hubble Space Telescope (HST ...

Extinction Distributions in Nearby Star-resolved Galaxies. II. M33
Extinction maps are essential for tracing interstellar dust and enabling accurate stellar population studies in galaxies. Here, a high-resolution extinction distribution of the nearby Triangulum galaxy (M33), is constructed by fitting multiband color ...
