Improved production of Trichoderma harzianum endochitinase by expression in Trichoderma reesei [PDF]
The chromosomal endochitinase gene (ThEn-42) of the mycoparasite fungus Trichoderma harzianum P1 was isolated and overexpressed in the filamentous fungus Trichoderma reesei under the promoter of the major cellulase gene cbhl1. The host strain RutC-30 did not produce any endogenous endochitinase activity.

Effect of Growth Promoting Agents on Flavor of Netted Melon
The effect of growth promoting agents on the flavor of netted melon was evaluated. During the planting, Bacillus subtilis, Trichoderma harzianum and Streptomyces were applied to the roots for 4 times at a dosage of 0.1 g/m2 respectively.

Enhanced Expression of Endochitinase in Trichoderma harzianum with the cbh1 Promoter of Trichoderma reesei [PDF]
Production of extracellular endochitinase could be increased 5-fold in the mycoparasite fungus Trichoderma harzianum by using the cellulase promoter cbh1 of Trichoderma reesei, whereas the total endochitinase activity increased 10-fold. The cbh1 promoter was not expressed on glucose and sucrose in T.

Quality of Mezilaurus itauba seedlings inoculated with Trichoderma harzianum under doses of organomineral fertilizer from cupuaçu residues [PDF]
Fungi of the genus Trichoderma spp have been related to the production of hormones or correlated with growth factors, promoting greater efficiency in the use of some nutrients, thus allowing greater availability and absorption by plants. In this context,

Trichoderma harzianum transcriptome in response to cadmium exposure
Cadmium (Cd) is a heavy metal present in the environment mainly as a result of industrial contamination that can cause toxic effects to life. Some microorganisms, as Trichoderma harzianum, a fungus used in biocontrol, are able to survive in polluted environments and act as bioremediators.
