Trichoniscus_matulici_trinity_assembly
De novo transcriptome of surface terrestrial isopod species Trichoniscus matulici (Trichoniscidae). Animals were flash-frozen in liquid nitrogen. Total RNA was isolated using a spin column-based commercial kit and RNA was additionally DNase treated.

Nowe dane o występowaniu Trichoniscus pygmaeus Sars, 1898 (Oniscidea: Trichoniscidae) w Polsce
New data on the occurrence of Trichoniscus pygmaeus Sars, 1898 in Poland.Two new localities of Trichoniscus pygmaeus were found in Upper Silesia. Approximately 50 specimens in total were found in leaf litter associated with decaying wood. These records constitute the first data of this species in South Poland.
