Asymptomatic Giant Right Ventricular Myxoma in an Adolescent: A Rare Case Report With Favorable Surgical Outcome

open access: yesJournal of Clinical Ultrasound, Volume 54, Issue 7, Page 1790-1794, September 2026.
We report a 13‐year‐old female with a giant right ventricular myxoma extending to the pulmonary trunk. The tumor was diagnosed by multimodal imaging and completely resected, with favorable short‐term outcomes. Palliative Debulking of an Aortic Body Tumour With Right Atrial Invasion in a Dog Under Partial Cardiopulmonary Bypass

open access: yesVeterinary Medicine and Science, Volume 12, Issue 5, September 2026.
This report describes a French Bulldog that developed severe right‐sided congestive heart failure due to mechanical obstruction of venous return by a heart‐base tumor extending into the right atrium. Novel Postzygotic Variants Associated With Hypomelanosis of Ito Expand the ACTB‐Related Neurocutaneous Disease Spectrum

open access: yesClinical Genetics, Volume 110, Issue 3, Page 369-373, September 2026.

Percutaneous tricuspid valve repair in tricuspid regurgitation

Significant tricuspid regurgitation (TR) is a common valve disease which severity corelates with increased mortality and poorer prognosis. Medical therapy plays a limited role in the management while surgical therapy is rarely an option for these patients because of their high surgical risk. Subsequently, percutaneous repair technics of TR represents a

Three‐Dimensional Transesophageal Echocardiographic Vena Contracta Area for Grading Mitral Regurgitation: Severity Cut‐offs From a Prospective Tunisian Cohort

open access: yesEchocardiography, Volume 43, Issue 9, September 2026.
Three‐dimensional vena contracta area (VCA) measured by transoesophageal echocardiography enables precise accurate quantification of mitral regurgitation severity. In a Tunisian cohort, 3D VCA showed strong correlations with conventional 2D indices and excellent diagnostic performance for severe MR, supporting its use particularly in rheumatic mitral ...
