This study compared the clinical effectiveness and treatment satisfaction of Pregabalin and Gabapentin triple therapy for neuropathic pain in a real‐world setting. The primary outcome measured the reduction in mean Self‐Administered Leeds Assessment of Neuropathic Symptoms and Signs pain score value from baseline to 12 weeks posttreatment.

Depression might be associated with increased disease activity in patients with ulcerative colitis (UC), which could lead to a poor clinical course. It might be better to consider referring patients with UC who have depressive symptoms to a psychiatrist to improve their clinical course.

Characterization of health concerns in people with neurofibromatosis type 1
NF1 is a common cancer predisposition syndrome that requires lifelong surveillance. The aim of this research was to characterize health concerns and QoL in a population cohort.
