Multidrug‐resistant Vibrio infections are rising rapidly and threaten coastal populations worldwide. This study introduces D‐zp37, a chirality‐engineered antimicrobial peptide with exceptional potency against resistant Vibrio species. D‐zp37 kills planktonic cells, blocks mixed‐species biofilms, disrupts essential bacterial stress responses, and shows ...

Four-centre hydrogen bonds: a triethanolamine–triethanolamine oxide complex
The title complex, ((HOCH2CH2)3N)(HOCH2CH2)3NO) or C6H15NO4·C6H15NO3, has the amine–oxide O atom trifurcated by a trigonal `cap' of hydrogen bonds to the hydroxyl H atoms of the triethanolamine lying on the same threefold axis. The amine–oxide hydroxyl H atoms are hydrogen bonded to three adjacent triethanolamine O atoms, completing a three ...

Magnetomechanical neuromodulation using magnetic nanodiscs enables remote activation of neurons. In a hemiparkinsonian mouse model, alternating magnetic fields actuate the nanodiscs to generate torque that opens mechanosensitive ion channels within the subthalamic nucleus, thereby modulating basal ganglia motor circuitry.

Atomic Interlayer Mo–N4 Sites Enable Rapid Charge Transfer and Efficient CO2 Photoreduction
This work achieved efficient CO2 activation and ultrafast interlayer electron transport in a 2D COF by constructing atomic‐level Mo‐N4‐induced interlayer electron bridges (IEB), thereby kinetically and thermodynamically co‐driving the photocatalytic coupling of CO2 reduction with 4‐methoxybenzyl alcohol oxidation.
