On the Summability of Trigonometric Interpolation Processes
Acta Mathematica Hungarica, 2001Several processes in trigonometric interpolation can be obtained by finite sums of discrete Fourier series. The author shows that in many cases the convergence can be easily seen immediately from the explicit forms of the corresponding polynomials. Error estimates for the approximation can be also obtained by certain general results.

Multidimensional trigonometric interpolation
Ukrainian Mathematical Journal, 1990An investigation and construction of trigonometric interpolation polynomials in nonstandard regions, including multiply connected, is carried out. A method of boundary diffeomorphism of the initial region onto a canonical region is proposed and a case of interpolation on a nonuniform net in the initial region is investigated.

Approximation of trigonometric functions by trigonometric polynomials with interpolation
Journal of Contemporary Mathematical Analysis, 2010The paper studies the approximation order of periodic functions by trigonometric polynomials with interpolation in arbitrary set of nodes. A method of construction of Hermite interpolation polynomials is pointed out.

An Improved Estimate of the Accuracy of Trigonometric Interpolation
SIAM Journal on Numerical Analysis, 1972Utilizing the concept of aliasing, we are able to obtain a new estimate of the accuracy of trigonometric interpolation. For functions with K continuous derivatives, we show that the n-point sum gives approximation to order $O(n^{ - (k - 1)} )$. When $K = 2$, this improves the usual accuracy estimate of $O(n^{{{ - 1} / 2})} )$.

On the accuracy of trigonometric interpolation
Transactions of the American Mathematical Society, 1913Let f (x) be a function of x, with the period 2gr, which takes on known eralues, determined by physical measurement or otherwise, at 2n + 1 points equally spaced throughout a period. It is well known that a finite trigonow metric sum, of the nth order at most, which coincides with f ( x ) at the points in question, is given by formulse analogous to ...
