The embedding theorems for anisotropic Nikol’skii-Besov spaces with generalized mixed smoothness [PDF]
The theory of embedding of spaces of differentiable functions studies the important relations of differential (smoothness) properties of functions in various metrics and has a wide application in the theory of boundary value problems of ...

Trigonometric interpolation [PDF]
We consider interpolation at 2n equidistant nodes in [0,π) from the space ℱN spanned by sines and cosines of odd multiples of x. This interpolation problem is shown to be correct for an arbitrary sequence of derivatives specified at all the nodes.

which in case of derivatives take the place of (1). (ArP(t)/(At)r is the rth divided difference formed with the constant increment At =2wx/(2n+1)), and we shall show that here, as in Marcinkiewicz's case, the exponent 2 can be replaced by any p ?1. As an application, we shall give bounds for the p-norms of the derivatives of interpolating polynomials ...

Regularized sampling of multiband signals [PDF]
This paper presents a regularized sampling method for multiband signals, that makes it possible to approach the Landau limit, while keeping the sensitivity to noise at a low level.

Subperiodic trigonometric subsampling: A numerical approach [PDF]
We show that Gauss-Legendre quadrature applied to trigonometric poly- nomials on subintervals of the period can be competitive with subperiodic trigonometric Gaussian quadrature. For example with intervals correspond- ing to few angular degrees, relevant

An exponential-trigonometric spline minimizing a seminorm in a Hilbert space
In the present paper, using the discrete analogue of the operator d 6 / d x 6 − 1 $\mathrm{d} ^{6}/\mathrm{d} x^{6}-1$ , we construct an interpolation spline that minimizes the quantity ∫ 0 1 ( φ ‴ ( x ) + φ ( x ) ) 2 d x $\int _{0}^{1}(\varphi {'''}(x)+\

Reconstruction of a polynomial from its Radon projections [PDF]
A polynomial of degree $n$ in two variables is shown to be uniquely determined by its Radon projections taken over $[n/2]+1$ parallel lines in each of the $(2[(n+1)/2]+1)$ equidistant directions along the unit circle.Comment: SIAM J. Math. Anal.

Besov's Type Embedding Theorem for Bilateral Grand Lebesgue Spaces [PDF]
In this paper we obtain the non-asymptotic norm estimations of Besov's type between the norms of a functions in different Bilateral Grand Lebesgue spaces (BGLS).
