Seven-Cluster Structure of Larch Chloroplast Genome [PDF]
The paper presents a novel approach to study a nucleotide sequence structure with respect to the chloroplast genome DNA sequence analysis. A specific frequencies distribution pattern of the consecutive triple nucleotide fragments was identified in the ...

Rough statistical convergence on triple sequences [PDF]
In this paper, using the concept of natural density, we introduce the notion of rough statistical convergence of triple sequences. We define the set of rough statistical limit points of a triple sequence and obtain rough statistical convergence criteria associated with this set.

A Note on Triple Repetition Sequence of Domination Number in Graphs
A set D subset of V(G) is a dominating set of a graph G if for all x ϵ V(G)\D, for some y ϵ D such that xy ϵ E(G). A dominating set D subset of V(G) is called a connected dominating set of a graph G if the subgraph induced by D is connected. A connected

Almost convergence of triple sequences
In this paper we introduce and study the concepts of almost convergence and almost Cauchy for triple sequences. Weshow that the set of almost convergent triple sequences of 0's and 1's is of the first category and also almost everytriple sequence of 0's and 1's is not almost convergent. Keywords: almost convergence, P-convergent, triple sequence.

Transforming Proof Tableaux of Hoare Logic into Inference Sequences of Rewriting Induction [PDF]
A proof tableau of Hoare logic is an annotated program with pre- and post-conditions, which corresponds to an inference tree of Hoare logic. In this paper, we show that a proof tableau for partial correctness can be transformed into an inference sequence

Mismatch and G-stack modulated probe signals on SNP microarrays. [PDF]
BACKGROUND: Single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) arrays are important tools widely used for genotyping and copy number estimation. This technology utilizes the specific affinity of fragmented DNA for binding to surface-attached oligonucleotide DNA probes.

On rough convergence variables of triple sequences [PDF]
AbstractTriple sequence convergence plays an extremely important role in the fundamental theory of mathematics. This paper contains four types of convergence concepts, namely, convergence almost surely, convergence incredibility, trust convergence in mean, and convergence in distribution, and discuss the relationship among them and some mathematical ...

Orlicz-lacunary convergent triple sequences and ideal convergence
In the present paper we introduce and study Orlicz lacunary convergent triple sequences over n-normed spaces. We make an effort to present the notion of $g_{3}$-ideal convergence in triple sequence spaces. We examine some topological and algebraic features of new formed sequence spaces. Some inclusion relations are obtained in this paper.

Bernstein operator of rough I-core of triple sequences
We introduce and study some basic properties of Bernstein-Stancu polynomials of rough I-convergent of triple sequence spaces and also study the set of all Bernstein-Stancu polynomials of rough I-limits of a triple sequence spaces and relation between ...

Regular matrix transformation on triple sequence spaces - I
The main aim of this paper is to introduce the necessary and sufficient condition for a particular type of transformation of the form A: (a......) be regular from a triple sequence space to another triple sequence space.
