American Journal of Medical Genetics Part B: Neuropsychiatric Genetics, EarlyView.ABSTRACT IRF2BPL‐related disorder is a neurodevelopmental disorder caused by heterozygous variants in the IRF2BPL (Interferon Regulatory Factor 2 Binding Protein‐Like) gene.
