Tritium burn efficiency in deuterium–tritium magnetic fusion
Abstract The controlling parameters regarding tritium burn efficiency (TBE) are derived from first principles and shown to depend fundamentally on the permitted He gas fraction in the divertor and effective pumping speeds of He ash and unburned hydrogenic fuel.

The heat capacity, entropy, internal energy, and free energy are calculated to 2500°C for tritium and tritium hydride. The distribution of tritium between the ortho and para states is considered. The equilibrium constant for the formation of tritium hydride from hydrogen and tritium is calculated from 50°K to 2500°K.

Tritium surface contamination [PDF]
Glovebox wipe surveys were conducted to correlate surface tritium contamination with atmospheric tritium levels. Surface contamination was examined as a function of tritium concentration and of tritium form, HT/T2 and HTO. The relationship between atmospheric HTO concentration and cleanup time was also investigated.

Tritium permeability measurement in hydrogen-tritium system
Abstract Understanding of thermodynamic equilibria of multi-components hydrogen isotopes is required to accurately measure tritium permeability at the expected low tritium partial pressure and non-negligible high hydrogen partial pressure in a fusion blanket system.

This is the final report of a three-year, Laboratory-Directed Research and Development (LDRD) project at the Los Alamos National Laboratory. Detailed geochemical sampling of high-temperature fumaroles, background water, and fresh magmatic products from 14 active volcanoes reveal that they do not produce measurable amounts of tritium ({sup 3}H) of deep ...

Tritium Ion Monitoring During Katrin First Tritium
The KArlsruhe TRItium Neutrino (KATRIN) experiment aims at the model-independent measurement of the electron neutrino mass. KATRIN is designed for a neutrino mass sensitivity of 0.2 eV (90\% CL) after three years of measurement time. In May 2018, KATRIN performed its First Tritium measurements.
