Molecular systematics and biogeography of Resedaceae based on ITS and trnL-F sequences
Molecular Phylogenetics and Evolution, 2007The Resedaceae, containing 6 genera and ca. 85 species, are widely distributed in the Old World, with a major center of species diversity in the Mediterranean basin. Phylogenetic analyses of ITS and plastid trnL-trnF sequences of 66 species from all genera of the Resedaceae reveal (1) monophyly of the family, in congruence with preliminary phylogenetic

Phylogenetic analysis of IRIS L. from China on chloroplast TRNL-F sequences
Biologia, 2018Phylogenetic relationships among the six Iris subgenera were reconstructed by chloroplast trnL-F sequences data using maximum likelihood. The entire matrix of aligned bases analyzed includes 1043 characters and the length of all sequences varied from 747 bp to 893 bp, and mutation sites accounted for 18.79% of the total length.

Sequences Analysis of ITS and Trnl-F Regions in Potentilla Fragarioides L.
2015 8th International Conference on Intelligent Computation Technology and Automation (ICICTA), 2015For identification of Potentilla fragarioides L., scientific data of the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) and chloroplast trnL-F sequences are needed. So in this study, we extracted the genome DNA from the leaves of Potentilla fragarioides L. Collected in Jilin Province, amplified the ITS and chloroplast trnL-F region using universal primers of ...

[Genetic variations in trnL-F sequence and phylogenetic clustering of Lycoris species].
Zhongguo Zhong yao za zhi = Zhongguo zhongyao zazhi = China journal of Chinese materia medica, 2009To identify some closely related Lycoris species and evaluate interspecific relationships among them. The cpDNA trnL-F sequence of 20 taxa representing 15 species of Lycoris and Narcissus tazaetta var. chinensis as one out-group were determined by using direct sequencing of PCR product, and they were analyzed by means of the software of CLUSTRAL and ...

Phylogeography of Chrysanthemum indicum L. (Compositae) in China based on trnL-F sequences
Biochemical Systematics and Ecology, 2010Abstract Using chloroplast DNA (cpDNA) trnL-F sequences, we studied the phylogeographic pattern and demographic history of Chrysanthemum indicum with 81 individuals from 27 populations representing the partial geographic range in China. Fifteen haplotypes were identified based on nucleotide variation. Relatively high levels of haplotype diversity (Hd

ITS and trnL-F Sequences Analysis of Potentilla bifurca L var. humilior Rupr.
2015 Seventh International Conference on Measuring Technology and Mechatronics Automation, 2015To provide scientific data of the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) and chloroplast trn L-F sequences for identification of Potentilla bifurca L var. Humilior Rupr., we extracted the genome DNA from the leaves of Potentilla bifurca L var. Humilior Rupr.

Ophioglossaceae are a putatively ancient lineage of ferns in which the aerial portion of the plant is composed of a single leaf. The simplicity of foliar morphology has limited the number of characters available for constructing classifications and contributed to taxonomic difficulties at nearly every level of classification within the family. Analysis

Phylogeny and classification of Oleaceae based on rps16 and trnL‐F sequence data
American Journal of Botany, 2000Phylogenetic relationships among 76 species of Oleaceae, representing all 25 recognized genera of the family, were assessed by a cladistic analysis of DNA sequences from two noncoding chloroplast loci, the rps16 intron and the trnL‐F region. Consensus trees from separate and combined analyses are congruent and agree well with nonmolecular data ...

Both nuclear ribosomal ITS and chloroplast trnL-F sequences were acquired for 57 species (accessions) of Lysimachia and its close relatives, and were analyzed together with sequences retrieved from databases. The results of phylogenetic analyses based on these data (separately or combined) show that Lysimachia is paraphyletic, with the monotypic genus ...

The chloroplast trnL-F region was used as an independent data set for phylogenetic analysis of 118 aroid taxa. We investigated the intergeneric relationships of subfamily Monsteroideae (Araceae) and used this as a basis for an interspecific phylogenetic study of Rhaphidophora Hassk., the largest genus of the Monsteroideae. Results of the molecular tree
