The occurrence of a troglophile and an oriental species of Erebidae (Lepidoptera: Noctuoidea) in Korea

We report two species of the family Erebidae (Lepidoptera, Noctuoidea), Hulodes caranea (Cramer, [1780]) from Mt. Deogyu and Hypena (Hypena) narratalis Walker, [1859] from Jangam cave, for the first time from Korea. The genus Hulodes is also newly represented in Korea. Illustrations of adults and genitalia of examined species are provided.

A new troglophilic species of Erebonyx (Orthoptera: Grylloidea: Phalangopsidae) from Brazilian caves

The genus Erebonyx was proposed to accommodate a single troglobitic species from northeastern Brazil. A second cricket belonging to this genus is herein described, but although it was also found in caves, it does not bear any troglomorphic traits, suggesting it is a troglophilic species.
