A Trombose Venosa Cerebral (TVC) é uma rara doença cerebrovascular, caracterizada pela oclusão das veias e seios durais por trombos. Acomete menos de 1% da população mundial, ocorrendo em adultos jovens entre 30 e 40 anos de idade, mais frequentemente em mulheres.
