A trombose venosa cerebral (TVC) é uma doença que acomete principalmente jovens. Sua ocorrência está ligada í presença de fatores pro-trombóticos e outras situações. O quadro clínico é variável, incluindo desde somente cefaleia até o estado de coma. A associação de fístula dural com TVC, embora rara, é descrita na literatura.
