Ovarian Ectopic Pregnancy at 41‐Week Gestation Age: A Case Report
Ultrasound demonstrates an empty uterus with the fetal head outside the cavity (A). CT confirms an extra‐uterine fetus originating from the left adnexa (B). ABSTRACT Ovarian ectopic pregnancy is an exceptionally rare entity, typically diagnosed in the first trimester following rupture. Progression to term is extraordinarily uncommon and associated with

UGT1A1 and Sacituzumab Govitecan Toxicity: A Systematic Review and Meta‐Analysis
Sacituzumab govitecan (SG), a humanized antibody‐drug conjugate, enables intra‐tumor delivery of SN‐38, the active metabolite of irinotecan, with the aim of increasing efficacy. SN‐38 is predominantly inactivated by the polymorphically expressed uridine diphosphate glucuronosyltransferase 1A1 (UGT1AA) where reduced activity can lead to toxicity.

TROP2 is upregulated in CRC metastasis and promotes lactate overproduction via YBX1‐HIF‐1α signalling. TROP2 signalling induces H3K18la at metastasis genes promoters in CRC and promotes their expression. AccLactate sustains TROP2 expression in CRC cells via H3K18la Acriflavine suppresses TROP2‐driven CRLM by targeting the H3K18la/TROP2 feedback loop ...

We evaluated e‐mRNAs of known molecular targets of perfluorooctanesulfonic acid (PFOS) toxicity in zebrafish in a controlled laboratory experiment. The detection patterns of e‐mRNAs in our study imply that diminishing detection of these traces over time is a strong indicator of target organism presence (or very recent presence), providing a narrower ...

Developmental Impact of Maternal Immune Activation on the Fetal Immune System and Lung
Maternal immune activation triggers elevated cytokines (IL‐6 and IL‐17A), disrupting fetal immune system development. This not only alters hematopoietic stem cell balance but also leads to ILC2 hyperactivation in the lung, which could potentially affect susceptibility to allergic diseases in the offspring.
