ENT‐1‐Targeted Polymersomes to Enhance the Efficacy of Methotrexate in Choriocarcinoma Treatment
ENT‐1‐targeted stimuli‐responsive polymersomes enhance the delivery and release of MTX, as demonstrated in choriocarcinoma tumors mouse model. These targeted nanocarriers improve tumor uptake and efficiently release the drug within the tumor, highlighting their potential for enhanced chemotherapy in choriocarcinoma treatment.

Uterine Rupture Due to Invasive Metastatic Gestational Trophoblastic Neoplasm [PDF]
While complete molar pregnancies are rare, they are wrought with a host of potential complications to include invasive gestational trophoblastic neoplasia. Persistent gestational trophoblastic disease following molar pregnancy is a potentially fatal complication that must be recognized early and treated aggressively for both immediate and long-term ...

ABSTRACT Objectives The ultrasound diagnosis of placental site trophoblastic tumor (PSTT) is challenging owing to a lack of pathognomonic features. Differential diagnosis from other forms of gestational trophoblastic neoplasia (GTN) is critical owing to major differences in prognosis and treatment.

Abstract We present a brief review of epithelioid trophoblastic tumor, a rare trophoblastic neoplasm derived from chorionic-type intermediate trophoblastic cells that typically presents in reproductive-age women between 1 and 18 years following a previous gestation.

Keratoacanthoma-like nodules as first manifestation of metastatic epithelioid trophoblastic tumor [PDF]
Cutaneous metastases are rarely the initial manifestation of a previously undiagnosed malignancy and keratoacanthoma-like lesions are a notoriously unusual presentation pattern of cutaneous dissemination of a primary tumor.
