Placental site trophoblastic tumor and epithelioid trophoblastic tumor are rare gestational trophoblastic tumors. They both appear in the same context and follow the same course. We report two cases in patients aged 44 and 20 years. These lesions usually affect young women with a history of multiple gestations.
