Journal of Separation Science, Volume 49, Issue 9, September 2026.A CIM‐80(Al) metal‐organic framework coating is proposed for the untargeted analysis of passion fruit juices using either headspace or direct immersion solid‐phase microextraction coupled with gas chromatography‐mass spectrometry. The CIM‐80(Al)‐coated fiber enabled the annotation of 14 unique compounds not detected with commercial fibers.
