Demonstration of 30 Gbit/s Generation of Superconductive True Random Number Generator [PDF]

open access: yes
True random number generators, which output truly random numbers by extracting entropy from physical phenomena such as thermal and electronic noises, are widely used in the field of the cryptographic communication systems.

Formation of Quasi‐Decoupling Interface on Li‐Metal Anodes in High Donor Electrolyte

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Li‐metal anode (LMA) is stabilized by introducing Li2Te2 as an electrolyte additive for Li‐metal batteries. Upon contact with Li, Li2Te2 spontaneously converts to Li2Te, which electronically isolates Li from dimethyl sulfoxide due to its large bandgap and minimal Bader charge transfer.

Random number generator developed in reconfigurable logic

open access: yes, 2003
True random numbers are key to modern cryptography, yet are extremely difficult to generate. Most hardware random number generators are implemented on custom platforms, which are expensive to develop and manufacturer.
