Projections maximizing Tsallis entropy
AIP Conference Proceedings, 2007We consider a small closed physical systems. It has fixed energy and if the energy is the sum of squares of its generale coordinates then the distribution of any single coordinate will follow a distribution that maximizes Tsallis entropy. For many aspects of entropy can be discussed for such small systems without going to the thermodynamical limit.

International Journal of Quantum Information, 2013Due to some ambiguity in the definition of mutual Tsallis entropy in classical probability theory, its generalization to quantum theory is discussed and, as a consequence, two types of generalized quantum discords, called q-discords, are defined in terms of quantum Tsallis entropy.

The Tsallis Entropy as a Social Entropy
2019 IEEE 1st Sustainable Cities Latin America Conference (SCLA), 2019We analyze social disorder using the Tsallis entropy that is characterized by having the pseudo-additivity property and being this used to feature certain dynamical systems in nature. By taking advantage of this property, we apply this entropy to social systems that are showing chaotic behavior due to the conjugation of one or more anomalies.
