Routine radioactive iodine (RAI) after thyroidectomy in low‐risk differentiated thyroid cancer shows no clear benefit in reducing recurrence or improving survival. These findings support a selective, risk‐based approach, avoiding unnecessary treatment and potential adverse effects.

Hospital‐based dried blood spot newborn screening enabled early diagnosis and timely levothyroxine treatment of congenital hypothyroidism, resulting in preserved growth and normal neurodevelopment in most children. These findings support expansion of newborn screening programs in Pakistan.

Growth hormone–secreting pituitary adenomas harbor hPASCs (human pituitary adenoma stem‐like cells). Genetic profiling of hPASCs identified CXCR4 as a significant gene orchestrating a regulatory network in the self‐renewal and differentiation of hPASCs, as well as the modulation of tumor cells and the microenvironment.
