[Selective transcervical tubal recanalization under DSA].

RoFo : Fortschritte auf dem Gebiete der Rontgenstrahlen und der Nuklearmedizin, 1991
The results of selective transcervical tubal recanalisation by means of a catheter in 20 patients with tubal occlusions are reported and discussed. The advantages of tubal recanalisation under DSA are stressed. In 18 (90%) of the 20 patients treated, it was possible to recanalize at least one tube.

The role of recanalization in tubal pregnancy after sterilization.

International surgery, 1982
Recanalzation at the site of tubal ligation is one of the causes of the failure of such a procedure. The underlying factor could be a pre-existing proliferative disease of the tube, i.e. salpingitis isthmica nodosa. The plexiform type of re-canalization that resulted in the presented case might the cause of the tubal pregnancy.

[Proximal tubal obstruction. Treatment by recanalization and transcervical dilatation].

Presse medicale (Paris, France : 1983), 1993
Forty-three fluoroscopic transcervical fallopian tube recanalizations were performed in 30 consecutive patients whose infertility was due to proximal tubal obstruction demonstrated by hysterosalpingography and laparoscopy. All had been recommended tubal microsurgery or in vitro fertilization.

Recurrent intrauterine pregnancy due to tubal recanalization after tubal sterilization by pomeroy technique

[Proximal tubal recanalization by endoluminal laser probe. I. Anatomic results in the female rat].

Journal de gynecologie, obstetrique et biologie de la reproduction, 1992
To evaluate the cicatrization of the uterine horn after the recanalization by endoluminal laser probe, 50 white female rats of Wistar's race have been separated into two groups. The group 1 (nb = 10) had for aim to validated the procedure of obstruction. In group 2 (nb = 40), we performed the recanalization six weeks after the obstruction.
