This study aimed to evaluate the clinical outcomes and safety of Halo vest (HV) immobilization in treating craniovertebral junction tuberculosis, compared with occipitocervical fusion. The results showed that patients receiving HV treatment had greater improvement in neck function compared with those undergoing occipitocervical fusion.
