The genus Tulasnella with a new species in the Patagonian Andes forests of Argentina
Mycological Research, 2001The genus Tulasnella is surveyed in the Patagonian Andes forests of southern Argentina based on specimens collected from Austrocedrus chilensis, Nothofagus antarctica, N. betuioides and N. pumilio. Five species are recorded, namely T. robusta sp. nov., T. allantospora s.lat., T. calospora, T. helicospora and T.

Mycorrhiza, 2009
Aneura pinguis (Aneuraceae) is a cosmopolitan thalloid liverwort that shows a specific mycorrhiza-like interaction with basidiomycetes. To date, tropical specimens have not been studied in great depth. Samples of A. pinguis were collected from 48 individuals in one plot in South Ecuador and 54 individuals in five European countries.

Long-spored Tulasnella species from Devon, with additional notes on allantoid-spored species
Mycological Research, 1994Four Tulasnella species with elongated spores are described from Devon, England, and compared with original type material. Tulasnella quasiflorens is described as new, T. deliquescens is considered to be an earlier name for T. rosella , and the correct name for the perfect state of the Rhizoctonia -like anamorph, Epulorhiza repens , and T ...

In order to evaluate substrate dependence of the symbiotic fungal associations in leafy liverworts (Jungermanniopsida), 28 species out of 12 families were investigated by transmission electron microscopy and molecular methods. Samples were obtained from the diverse substrates: from naked soil, from the forest floor on needle litter, from between peat ...
