Das Wachstum von soliden Ehrlich-Ascites-Tumoren (EAT) bei NMRI-MAusen wird gehemmt, wenn die Tiere durch mehrmalige s.c. Injektionen von loslichem EAT-Material (erhalten durch Frieren und Tauen der Tumoren) immunisiert wurden. Eine Beschleunigung des Tumorwachstums ist aber nach s.c. Injektion des unloslichen Anteils aus EAT zu beobachten.

O trabalho avaliou a eficacia do tratamento diario com glicosideos cardiacos, via intraperitoneal, por 20 dias, em camundongos inoculados com tumor de Ehrlich solido (TES).

1956Seit LOWENTHAL und JAHN 1932 zum ersten Mal einer Maus eine Aufschwemmung von Zellen des Ehrlich-Carcinoms in die Bauchhohle injizierten und so einen Ascitestumor erhielten, ist es mehrfach gelungen, auch mit anderen Carcinomzellen und Sarkomzellen Ascitestumoren zu erzeugen.

Sapindus saponaria L., Sapindaceae es una planta arbórea de amplia distribución en el territorio brasileño; sus frutos son usados popularmente para combatir úlceras e inflamaciones de la piel. El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo evaluar la actividad citotóxica de las saponinas presentes en la pulpa de los frutos.
