Magnesium‐Based Transient Bioelectronics, Bio‐Optics and Bio‐Scaffolds
This paper reviews the state of the art and recent advances in magnesium‐based thin‐film, foils, and scaffolds for applications in transient bio‐optics, bioelectronics and tissue engineering. The design principles, fabrication methods, material properties, and integration strategies are discussed in detail.

Compact high linearity tunable dual-mode microstrip filters [PDF]
A compact high linearity microstrip dual-mode tunable filter is proposed. The characteristics of the dual-mode tunable resonator are investigated. Methods of minimising the change in bandwidth across the frequency shift are discussed.

Interface Engineering via Sb2Te3 Deposition Enables High‐Performance SWCNT Film Thermoelectrics
SWCNTs are promising for flexible thermoelectrics but suffer from low performance. Here, cold‐pressed SWCNT films combined with deposited Sb2Te3 form engineered interfaces that enhance charge transport and energy filtering. The composite achieves a high power factor (25.82 µW cm−1 K−2) and delivers a power density of 3 mW cm−2 at ΔT = 40 K, with ...

Electrostatically‐Stabilized PEG‐Free Lipid Nanoparticles for Systemic Nucleic Acid Delivery
This work describes non‐PEGylated layered lipid nanoparticles (nonPEG LLNPs), a gene delivery platform that improves upon standard PEGylated LNPs via electrostatic adsorption of charged polymers. nonPEG LLNPs maintain colloidal stability under biological stresses, enhance circulation time, and mitigate accelerated blood clearance and hepatic ...

Design and analysis of a cascaded microring resonator-based thermo-optical tunable filter with ultralarge free spectrum range and low power consumption [PDF]
A thermo-optical tunable filter based on the Vernier effect of cascaded microring resonators, which can expand the free spectrum range (FSR) and the tuning range, has been designed and simulated.

Tuning Mechanoreceptor Signaling Enhances the Adjuvant Effect of Biomaterial Vaccines
Matrix stiffness serves as an independent immunological signal in biomaterial vaccines. Stiffer microporous hydrogel vaccines enhance dendritic cell maturation and migration to draining lymph nodes, promote T follicular helper cell expansion through Yap/Taz signaling, and increase antigen‐specific antibody production.

A tunable fast filter bank [PDF]
Fast filter bank (FFB) derived from frequency response masking (FRM) technique has good frequency selectivity and very low computational complexity. This final year project proposes a feasible method to design a FFB with tunable passband width.
