Feasibility of Nitrogen as a Carrier Gas for Inconel Cold Spray in Hydropower Application
N2, despite being nearly two orders of magnitude cheaper than He, is a feasible carrier gas for cold spray Inconel coatings in hydropower repair applications when higher gas temperature and pressure are used. Reducing powder size significantly improved cavitation resistance, while the addition of fine chromium carbide particles further enhanced erosion

An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.

Counterion Dependent Side‐Chain Relaxation Stiffens a Chemically Doped Thienothiophene Copolymer
Oxidation of a thienothiophene copolymer, p(g3TT‐T2), via different doping strategies and dopant molecules resulted in materials with similar oxidation levels and a high electrical conductivity of ≈100 S cm−1. However, mechanical properties varied significantly, with sub‐glass transition temperatures and elastic moduli spanning from –44°C to –3°C and ...

Formation CMOS Schemes on GaAs with Self-Aligned Nitride and Silicide Gates
Advanced integrated logic circuits on GaAs are mainly based on the using of n-channel field-effect transistors with gate Schottky (MESFET). To create the complementary MESFET integrated circuits the main problem is quite small Schottky barrier height ...

In animal models, almost half of an ingested dose of tungsten in the form of a soluble salt and a third of a deposited inhaled aerosol of tungstic oxide were reported to be rapidly absorbed. Most of the absorbed tungsten was rapidly excreted in the urine.

Hydrometallurgical process development to recycle valuable metals from spent SCR deNOX catalyst
Spent catalyst, containing vanadium and tungsten oxide in a TiO2 glass fiber matrix, pose a risk of environmental contamination due to the high toxicity of its metal oxides if leached into the soil when disposed in landfills. Due to the increasing demand

Integration of Low‐Voltage Nanoscale MoS2 Memristors on CMOS Microchips
This article presents the first monolithic integration of nanoscale MoS2‐based memristors into the back‐end‐of‐line of foundry‐fabricated CMOS microchips in a one‐transistor‐one‐resistor (1T1R) architecture. The MoS2‐based 1T1R cells exhibit forming‐free, nonvolatile resistive switching with ultra‐low operating voltages, low cycle‐to‐cycle variability ...

Synthesis and characterization of tungsten trioxide powders prepared from tungstic acids
WO3 powders were prepared by the thermal decomposition of tungstic acids (WO3 nH2O, n ¼ 1/3, 1, 2). The tungstic acids were synthesized from WO4 2 aqueous solutions under a variety of conditions of pH, temperature and W(VI) concentrations.

Tungsten carbide has shown promising activity in lignin depolymerization, but the active site remains unclear yet due to its complicated surface tungsten species. Tungsten-based catalysts with designed species were therefore synthesized for hydrocracking
