Mesoscopic Tunneling Magnetoresistance [PDF]
We study spin-dependent transport through ferromagnet/normal-metal/ferromagnet double tunnel junctions in the mesoscopic Coulomb blockade regime. A general transport equation allows us to calculate the conductance in the absence or presence of spin-orbit

Bias Voltage Dependence of Sensing Characteristics in Tunneling Magnetoresistance Sensors [PDF]
One of the characteristic features of tunneling magnetoresistance (TMR) sensors is a strong influence of bias voltage on tunneling current. Since fundamental sensing characteristics of the sensors are primarily determined by the tunneling current, the ...

Gigantic tunneling magnetoresistance in magnetic Weyl semimetal tunnel junctions. [PDF]
We investigate the tunneling magnetoresistance in magnetic tunnel junctions (MTJs) comprised of Weyl semimetal contacts. We show that chirality-magnetization locking leads to a gigantic tunneling magnetoresistance ratio, an effect that does not rely on spin filtering by the tunnel barrier.

Tunneling Magnetoresistance DC Current Transformer for Ion Beam Diagnostics [PDF]
In this paper, open loop and closed loop Tunneling Magnetoresistance (TMR) DC Current Transformers (DCCTs) for ion beam diagnostics are presented. The DCCTs employ MR sensors to measure the DC component of the accelerator’s ion beam.

Tunnel magnetoresistance in magnetic tunnel junctions with embedded nanoparticles [PDF]
In this paper, we attempt the theoretical modeling of the magnetic tunnel junctions with embedded magnetic and nonmagnetic nanoparticles (NPs). A few abnormal tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) effects, observed in related experiments, can be easily ...

Very large tunneling magnetoresistance in layered magnetic semiconductor CrI3 [PDF]
Layered van der Waals compounds offer opportunities to visit new physical phenomena in two dimensional materials. Here the authors report large tunneling magnetoresistance through exfoliated CrI3 crystals and attribute its evolution to the multiple ...

Giant Spin-flop magnetoresistance in a collinear antiferromagnetic tunnel junction [PDF]
Collinear antiferromagnetic (AFM) materials have the unique promise of no stray fields, displaying ultrafast dynamics, and being robust against perturbation fields which motivate the extensive research of antiferromagnetic spintronics.

Magnetic Noise Prediction and Evaluation in Tunneling Magnetoresistance Sensors [PDF]
We propose a simple model for prediction of magnetic noise level in tunneling magnetoresistance (TMR) sensors. The model reproduces experimental magnetic 1/f and white noise components, which are dependent on sensors resistance and field sensitivity. The
