A Golgi‐localized N‐methyltransferase and reversible aldo–keto reductases coordinate dual terminal routes in galanthamine biosynthesis

open access: yesThe Plant Journal, Volume 126, Issue 6, June 2026.
Significant Statement This study identifies LaTMT2, a Golgi‐localized N‐methyltransferase, and three reversible aldo–keto reductases (LaAKR1 and LaAKR3) as key enzymes coordinating the dual terminal routes of galanthamine biosynthesis in Leucojum aestivum.

THE ELEMENTS OF THE SITUATIONAL PLAN AND LONGITUDINAL PROFILE OF TURBO ROUNDABOUTS

open access: yesAGG+, 2018
<p>Turbo roundabouts are a relatively new type of roundabouts, designed to increase the capacity and safety of single-lane and double-lane roundabouts. Turbo roundabouts consist of elements that are characteristical for classic roundabouts and new elements that occur exclusively in this kind of roundabouts. In this paper the basic concept

The Passenger Car Equivalent Factors for Heavy Vehicles on Turbo Roundabouts [PDF]

open access: yesFrontiers in Built Environment, 2019
The presence of heavy and slower vehicles within the traffic stream significantly reduces traffic capacity. This reduction increases with the higher participation of heavy vehicles in the stream, which, compared to passenger cars, move at a lower speed.
