A Modular Nucleoside Kinase Cascade for the Synthesis of Ribonucleoside Triphosphates
Biotechnology and Bioengineering, EarlyView.Damm et al. report standardized enzymatic cascades for production of all canonical nucleoside triphosphates from the corresponding nucleosides, using kinase‐catalyzed phosphorylation from acetyl phosphate.
