Performance of full-rate and partial-diversity multiple antennas space-time block code with low complexity

open access: yesTongxin xuebao, 2005
On the basis of existing full-diversity space-time block coding (STBC), two full-rate complex orthogonal STBC schemes for multiple antennas were proposed.

Effect of unequal power allocation in turbo coded multi-route multi-hop networks

open access: yesJournal of Telecommunications and Information Technology, 2006
Multi-hop ad hoc networks are promising candidates for next generation mobile communications. They have sufficient channel capacity to achieve high data rate transmission for large number of users. One advantage of multi-hop networks is to realize multi-

Equivalent MIMO Channel Matrix Sparsification for Enhancement of Sensor Capabilities

open access: yesSensors, 2022
One of the development directions of new-generation mobile communications is using multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) channels with a large number of antennas. This requires the development and utilization of new approaches to signal detection in MIMO

Decoding the `Nature Encoded' Messages for Distributed Energy Generation Control in Microgrid

open access: yes, 2010
The communication for the control of distributed energy generation (DEG) in microgrid is discussed. Due to the requirement of realtime transmission, weak or no explicit channel coding is used for the message of system state. To protect the reliability of

DMS‐MaPseq and DREEM Analyses Implicate the Critical Role of RNA Structural Dynamics in Turnip Yellow Mosaic Virus Pathogenicity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
RNA structural profiling of Turnip Yellow Mosaic Virus by DMS‐MaPseq and DREEM analyses uncover that viral genome‐wide RSS is highly complicated and heterogeneous, with alternative RSSs widely distributed across the genome. Notably, the viral 3’ tRNA‐like structure adopts alternative conformations in vivo.

Turbo-Coded Adaptive Modulation Versus Space-Time Trellis Codes for Transmission over Dispersive Channels

open access: yes, 2004
Decision feedback equalizer (DFE)-aided turbocoded wideband adaptive quadrature amplitude modulation (AQAM) is proposed, which is capable of combating the temporal channel quality variation of fading channels. A procedure is suggested for determining the

Turbo codes and turbo algorithms

open access: yesJournal of Communications Software and Systems, 2017
In the first part of this paper, several basic ideas that prompted the coming of turbo codes are commented on. We then present some personal points of view on the main advances obtained in past years on turbo coding and decoding such as the circular trellis termination of recursive systematic convolutional codes and double-binary turbo codes associated

Measuring the Impact: Magnetic Resonance Imaging Response of Sacroiliac Joints to Tumor Necrosis Factor Inhibitors in Youth With Axial Disease

open access: yesArthritis &Rheumatology, EarlyView.
Objective To evaluate the timeline for resolution of sacroiliac joint (SIJ) inflammation, changes in structural lesions, and their correlation with patient‐reported outcomes (PROs) in youth with axial juvenile spondyloarthritis (axJSpA) initiating tumor necrosis factor inhibitor (TNFi).
