MAGEA6 Engages a YY1‐Dependent Transcription to Dictate Perineural Invasion in Colorectal Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study investigates the role of MAGEA6 in perineural invasion (PNI) in colorectal cancer (CRC). MAGEA6 promotes CRC invasiveness by inhibiting YY1 ubiquitination, enhancing CXCL1 secretion, and recruiting Schwann cells. These findings highlight the potential of targeting the MAGEA6/YY1/CXCL1 axis for therapeutic strategies against PNI and tumor ...

Hydrocyclization/Defluorination of CF3‐Substituted Acrylamides: Insights from Kinetics of Hydrogen Atom Transfer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The study develops a H•/H– transfer strategy enabling efficient hydrocyclization/defluorination of CF3‐acrylamides to synthesize Seletracetam derivatives with gem‐difluoroalkenes. Mechanistic studies reveal distinct pathways: the NiII‐H/PhSiH3 system operates through a hydrogen atom transfer process, while the 1,4‐Michael addition of H– appears to be ...

Stable Pincer Gold(III)‐TADF Emitters with Extended Donor–Acceptor Separation for Efficient Vacuum‐Deposited OLEDs with Operational Lifetime (LT95) up to 3831 h at 1000 cd m−2

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Novel pincer gold(III)‐TADF (thermally activated delayed fluorescence) emitters with extended π‐distances exhibit small singlet‐triplet energy gaps (ΔEST), efficient reverse intersystem crossing (RISC), enhanced radiative decay rates and improved excitons utilization, leading to efficient electroluminescence.

Small Extracellular Vesicles Orchestrate Cisplatin‐Induced Ototoxicity: Potential Biomarker and Targets Discovery

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Cisplatin causes reactive oxygen species accumulation, leading to apoptosis and inflammation in cochlear hair cells. Small extracellular vesicles primarily derived from the damaged hair cells likely contribute to cisplatin‐induced ototoxicity, carrying a variety of microRNAs and proteins.

Ecofriendly Upcycling of Poly(vinyl chloride) Waste Plastics into Precious Metal Adsorbents

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Poly(vinyl chloride) waste plastics are simply transformed into high‐performance precious metal (PM) adsorbents via a facile and green hydrazine‐functionalization process. The resultant adsorbent effectively and selectively recovers PM from real‐world leachates via its combined chemisorption and reduction mechanisms.
