A solution is proposed to design and build virtual elevator model by software for the elevator manufacturing industry, which realize the communication between virtual elevator model and TwinCAT soft-PLC. To test the correctness of this approach, the ten layer virtual elevator model is simulated through TwinCAT soft-PLC.
