On two-point Padé-Type and two-Point Padé approximants

Annali di Matematica Pura ed Applicata, 1991
The author provides a careful study of two-point Padé and two point Padé-type approximants in the setting of a non-commutative algebra on a commutative field. Previous work of the author and others concentrated on the non-normal commutative case. Here, he considers the normal non- commutative case.

Two‐Point Functions

Annalen der Physik, 1968
AbstractIt is known that the scattering of a low‐energy particle by a potential of a small radius of action is satisfactorily described by the s‐wave alone. In the present paper we give a method for obtaining functions by means of which the scattering of particle on two localized potentials separated by an arbitrary distance 2d can be described with ...

A Two-Point Series Method for Two-Point Boundary Value Problems: Theoretical Foundation

SIAM Journal on Numerical Analysis, 1977
A theoretical foundation is established for the numerical phase of a symbolic-numeric method for solving nonlinear, two-point, boundary value problems. The method, applicable to holomorphic systems, involves the formal (symbolic) solution of the differential system by means of two-point series.

12k: between two points

Organised Sound, 2001
K-k-k-k-k-k. Boof. Chhhhhhh. Hiss, whirr, pfing: 12k's is an onomatopoeic music. The audio equivalent of concrete poetry perhaps, where the sign (there, a letter or a word; here, a click or thud or tone) is elephantised, blown out of proportion, simultaneously stripped of reference and fraught with multivalent meaning.
