Circumstellar Interaction Around Type Ib/c Supernovae and the GRB Connection [PDF]
Radio observations of Type Ib/c supernovae suggest that circumstellar interaction takes place with a wide range of wind densities, comparable to that seen in Galactic Wolf-Rayet stars.

SN 2019odp – A massive oxygen-rich Type Ib supernova
Aims. Stripped envelope (SE) supernovae are explosions of stars that have somehow lost most of their outer envelopes. We present the discovery and analyse the observations of the Type Ib supernova 2019odp (a.k.a. ZTF19abqwtfu) covering epochs within days of the explosion to late nebular phases at 360 d post-explosion. Methods.

In this study, a tetradentate 1,3‐propanediamine‐N,N′-diacetate (1,3‐pdda2−) was utilized for the synthesis of a dinuclear gallium(III) complex, uns‐cis‐[Ga(1,3‐pdda)(µ‐OH)]2.2H2O (1). Complex 1 was characterized using IR and NMR (1H and 13C) spectroscopy, and its crystal structure was determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis.

Inside the salt: Experimental and theoretical insights into the nature of optical, charge transfer and intermolecular interactions in 1‐allyl‐4‐(1‐cyano‐2‐(4‐(dimethylamino)phenyl)vinyl)pyridin‐1‐ium bromide salts (I and II) are compared with their precursors (Ia–IIa).

The ``Type IIb'' Supernova 1993J in M81: A Close Relative of Type Ib Supernovae
Spectra of SN 1993J at three epochs within the first 1.5 months after the explosion reveal the onset of a remarkable transformation. The prominent Hα emission line visible at early times became progressively weaker as P Cygni features of He I gradually appeared; SN 1993J is therefore a hydrogen-poor, helium-rich Type IIb supernova. The progenitor of SN

A Radio Survey of Type Ib and Ic Supernovae: Searching for Engine‐driven Supernovae [PDF]
The association of gamma-ray bursts (GRBs) and core-collapse supernovae (SNe) of Type Ib and Ic was motivated by the detection of SN 1998bw in the error box of GRB 980425 and the now-secure identification of a SN 1998bw-like event in the cosmological GRB 030329.

Regularity for Micropolar Fluid Equations Subjected to Hall Current
In this paper, we consider the density‐dependent incompressible Hall‐magnetomicropolar fluid equations and establish a regularity condition involving the Lt1Lx∞ norm of the velocity gradient and the microrotational velocity gradient and the Lt2r/r−3Lxr norm of the magnetic field gradient for r > 3.

The Orbital and Physical Properties of Five Southern Be+sdO Binary Systems
Close binary interactions may play a critical role in the formation of the rapidly rotating Be stars. Mass transfer can result in a mass gainer star spun up by the accretion of mass and angular momentum, while the mass donor is stripped of its envelope ...

Constraints on Type Ib/c Supernovae and Gamma‐Ray Burst Progenitors [PDF]
Although there is strong support for the collapsar engine as the power source of long-duration gamma-ray bursts (GRBs), we still do not definitively know the progenitor of these explosions. Here we review the current set of progenitor scenarios for long-duration GRBs and the observational constraints on these scenarios.

ABSTRACT Biological invasions have caused the loss of freshwater biodiversity worldwide. The interplay between adaptive responses and demographic characteristics of populations impacted by invasions is expected to be important for their resilience, but the interaction between these factors is poorly understood. The freshwater gastropod Amnicola limosus
