Advanced Science, EarlyView.FfRlpA2, a conserved Fusarium effector, functions as a protease inhibitor by hijacking the E3 ubiquitin ligase IbCHYR1 to degrade the resistance factor IbZnFR, thereby promoting Fusarium pathogenicity.
