Extreme points of subordination and weak subordination families of harmonic mappings [PDF]

open access: yesCzechoslovak Mathematical Journal, 2011
summary:The aim of the paper is to discuss the extreme points of subordination and weak subordination families of harmonic mappings. Several necessary conditions and sufficient conditions for harmonic mappings to be extreme points of the corresponding ...

Supervisor^subordinate similarity: Types, effects, and mechanisms.

Journal of Applied Psychology, 1988
Three types of supervisor-subordinate similarity were identified: (a) perceived similarity, perceptions of how similar the supervisor and subordinate are; (b) perceptual congruence, similarity of perceptions about behaviors important in receiving a high merit pay raise; and (c) actual similarity of individual characteristics.

Doob-Type Estimates for Differentially Subordinated Martingales

Stochastic Analysis and Applications, 2012
Let X, Y be local martingales such that Y is differentially subordinate to X. The article contains the proof of the sharp estimates As an application, we establish sharp inequalities for stochastic integrals with respect to Brownian motion in ℝ d , derive some maximal bounds for harmonic functions and Riesz system and present tight estimates for a ...

Joining Clauses with Subordinate Conjunctions: One Type of Complex Syntax

Perspectives on Language Learning and Education, 2014
The purpose of this article is to enhance clinicians' knowledge and skills about one complex syntax type, subordinate conjunction clauses. Children's complex syntax skills are critical to the expression of increasingly elaborate ideas and to meeting the demands of academic tasks. Complex syntax development begins in the preschool years. It is essential

On a new class of Salagean-type harmonic univalent functions associated with subordination

2018
Summary: In this present investigation, we introduce a new class of harmonic univalent functions of the form \(f=h+\bar{g}\) in the open unit disk \(\Delta\). We get basic properties, like, necessary and sufficient convolution conditions, distortion bounds, compactness and extreme points for these classes of functions.
