Summary One hundred and seven university students whose sera did not agglutinate typhoid and paratyphoid A and B antigens and who had not had typhoid-paratyphoid immunization were given oral typhoid-paratyphoid vaccine. Six weeks later, none of them had significant agglutination titers against typhoid or paratyphoid antigens.
