PLANTS, PEOPLE, PLANET, EarlyView.In response to Chile's public policy to establish a national biodiversity inventory and monitoring system, we launched the HerbarioDigital.cl portal. We have digitised over 120,000 specimens representing more than 3,900 species from two Chilean herbaria, integrating them through a curated local taxonomic index.

Nomenclatural notes on some European elm names (Ulmaceae)
TAXON, EarlyView.Abstract The typification of the elm names Ulmus laevis, U. minor, and U. pumila is discussed. Ulmus laevis is lectotypified on a Pallas illustration published in his Flora Rossica. No original material could be located for U. minor and a neotype is designated (a specimen at SLBI). Ulmus pumila is lectotypified on a specimen in LINN.

Typification and current status of the Turkish taxa described by Hanna Czeczott
TAXON, EarlyView.Abstract Hanna Czeczott's 1925 expeditions to northern Turkey resulted in the description of 22 new taxa. Our study revisits them using Czeczott's original publications and herbarium collections.
