冠状动脉介入治疗术对肥胖的不稳定性心绞痛患者血清瘦素水平的影响及丹参粉针对其干预
Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2006 目的探讨肥胖的UAP患者PCI术后LP的变化及丹参粉针对其影响。方法采用酶联免疫法测定肥胖的和非肥胖的UAP患者PCI术前和PCI术后即刻、24h、治疗15天血清LP水平。结果PCI组UAP患者血清LP水平明显高于非PCI组,持续24小时,肥胖的UAP患者PCI术后血清LP水平明显高于非肥胖组,丹参粉针治疗15天血清LP水平明显降低。结论PCI可引起UAP患者LP水平升高,肥胖的UAP患者LP变化更明显,丹参粉针可逆转这一变化。
