Processability and Crosslink Density: Role of Peptizers in Natural Rubber and Chlorobutyl Rubber

open access: yesJournal of Applied Polymer Science, Volume 143, Issue 22, June 10, 2026.
This work evaluates how chemical and physical peptizers affect mastication, vulcanization behavior, and network formation in natural rubber and chlorobutyl rubber. Size‐exclusion chromatography, rheometry, DSC, and swelling analyses demonstrate improved processability but reduced crosslink density with peptizer addition.

Efficient One-Dimensional Network Design Method for Underwater Acoustic Target Recognition

open access: yesJournal of Marine Science and Engineering
Many studies have used various time-frequency feature extraction methods to convert ship-radiated noise into three-dimensional (3D) data suitable for computer vision (CV) models, which have shown good results in public datasets.

Sodium Tetraazidoaurate(III)—From Na[AuCl4]·2H2O to Na[Au(N3)4] and Beyond One Step at a Time

open access: yesChemistry – A European Journal, Volume 32, Issue 22, 9 June 2026.
Novel sodium chlorido‐/azidoaurate(III) dihydrates Na[AuCl4–x(N3)x]·2H2O (x = 0, 1, 2, 3, 4) provide the first example of a complete series of gradual substitution on tetramer complex anions to be described. Controlled dehydration of Na[Au(N3)4]·2H2O leads to Na[Au(N3)4]·H2O and Na[Au(N3)4], the latter being a highly explosive material.

Formulation and Characterization of Fucoidan‐Based Hydrogels for 3D Printing Applications

open access: yesJournal of Food Process Engineering, Volume 49, Issue 6, June 2026.
Algal polysaccharide‐based hydrogels combining fucoidan, sodium alginate, and agar showed suitable rheological and structural properties for extrusion‐based 3D printing. The formulation containing equal concentrations of alginate and agar exhibited superior printability, structural stability, and printing fidelity.

Assessment of the Interaction between Ammonium Dinitramide and Isocyanurate Bonding Agents for Application on Technologies of Composite Solid Propellants

open access: yesPropellants, Explosives, Pyrotechnics, Volume 51, Issue 5, Page 724-732, May 2026.
This work investigates the interaction of two isocyanurate‐based bonding agents with ammonium dinitramide: triallyl isocyanurate and 1,3,5‐tris(2‐hydroxyethyl) isocyanurate, which contain alkene and hydroxyl functional groups in their side chains, respectively.

From Hemp Bast to Lyocell Fiber: Sustainable Process Optimization for Lyocell‐Grade Dissolving Pulp

open access: yesJournal of Applied Polymer Science, Volume 143, Issue 16, April 20, 2026.
This study presents a sustainable method to produce lyocell‐grade dissolving pulp from Canadian hemp bast fibers. A simplified alkali‐chelation‐bleaching process, free from sulfur and chlorine, yielded high α‐cellulose pulp with low lignin and hemicellulose content. The pulp was successfully spun into continuous hemp‐based lyocell fibers, demonstrating

EFFECT OF ANTIHYPERTENSIVE TREATMENT ON PERIPHERAU NERVE VASC UATRE IN SPONTANEO SUY HYPERTENSIVE RATS

open access: yesClinical and Experimental Hypertension, 2001
The influence of hypertension and of treatment with the dihydropyridine-type Ca+2 antagonist nicardipine on peripheral nerve vasculature were investigated in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR). Male SHR were treated from the 16th to the 26th week of age with vehicle (control group), with nicardipine, at the hypotensive dose of 3 mg/kg/day, or at the

Exploration of the Phytochemical and Antidiabetic Properties of Teucrium polium: A Natural Asset for Type 2 Diabetes Management

open access: yesChemistryOpen, Volume 15, Issue 4, April 2026.
Teucrium polium shows antidiabetic activity with its phytochemical composition and biological activities. The essential oil is rich in carvacrol, thymol, γ‐terpinene, and o‐cymene, while the aqueous and hydroethanolic extracts are characterized by poliumoside, verbascoside, isorhamnetin‐3‐O‐rutinoside, and apigenin‐7‐rutinoside. Antioxidant activity is

Cross-Domain Contrastive Learning-Based Few-Shot Underwater Acoustic Target Recognition

open access: yesJournal of Marine Science and Engineering
Underwater Acoustic Target Recognition (UATR) plays a crucial role in underwater detection devices. However, due to the difficulty and high cost of collecting data in the underwater environment, UATR still faces the problem of small datasets.
