At the Nexus Between Epigenetics and Senescence: The Effects of Senolytic (BI01) Administration on DNA Methylation Clock Age and the Methylome in Aged and Regenerated Skeletal Muscle

open access: yesAging Cell, EarlyView.
Injury then recovery markedly rewires the DNA methylome in aged skeletal muscle. The addition of senolytics during muscle regeneration decelerates DNAmAGE more than regeneration alone as well as targets collagen remodeling and stem cell function‐related genes.

Echinococcus granulosus antigen B regulates T‐cell function through inhibition of signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 in experimental immune thrombocytopenia

open access: yesBritish Journal of Haematology, EarlyView.
During the pathological process of immune thrombocytopenia, signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) is activated by JAKs, leading to the production of a large number of inflammatory cytokines and promoting the activation of Th1, Th2 and Th17 cells.

The molecular landscape of AL amyloidosis

open access: yesBritish Journal of Haematology, EarlyView.
Within the bone marrow, the clonal plasma cell population exhibits an abnormal expression of non‐coding RNAs, which, in turn, upregulates anti‐apoptotic genes (BCL2, MCL1, BCL2L1), leading to an anti‐apoptotic effect that promotes plasma cell survival.
