Understanding Diabetes Distress Across Adulthood in Type 1 Diabetes: A User‐Centered Design Study

User‐centered design workshops showed that diabetes distress is shaped by life stage. Young adults emphasized competing priorities, technology and identity, while adults aged 35–64 emphasized cumulative burden, caregiving and future planning.
