Aerosol–Surface Interactions in Low‐Pressure Misty Plasma Deposition of Nanocomposite Thin Films
The Leidenfrost phenomenon helps in reducing nanoparticle agglomeration in aerosol‐assisted plasma deposition of nanocomposite thin films. Conversely, the plasma sheath could act as an electrostatic filter preventing the smallest droplets from reaching the substrate.
