Simultaneous Analysis of Seven Neonicotinoids in Commercial Milk Samples Using an UHPLC-MS/MS Method
A liquid–liquid extraction and ultra high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC–MS/MS) method was developed for simultaneous analysis of the residues of seven neonicotinoid insecticides (NEOs), namely acetamiprid, clothianidin,

Loss of IGF‐1R impairs DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin leading to defective end‐joining
IGF‐1R promotes radioresistance by facilitating DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin, enabling non‐homologous end‐joining (NHEJ) repair of double‐strand breaks. Inhibition or loss of IGF‐1R disrupts this recruitment to damage sites, driving compensatory reliance on microhomology‐mediated end‐joining (MMEJ) repair.

Aromatic Monomer Analysis by UHPLC-MS/MS v1
An analysis method was developed to allow for quantitation of aromatic compounds by ultra high pressure liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-MS/MS) detection. This was achieved by using reverse phase chromatography and multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) in negative ion mode using electrospray ionization (ESI).

Systemic dysregulation of apolipoproteins in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis serum
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a fatal disease that damages motor neurons. This study found that people with ALS show significant changes in blood fats and the proteins that carry them. Several apolipoproteins were higher, lipid balances were altered, and normal protein–lipid relationships were disrupted.

Analysis of Vitamin D Components in Serum of Minors by UHPLC-MS/MS
Serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D [25(OH)D] concentration represents the body's reserves of vitamin D, which is mostly used by clinicians to evaluate the storage status of vitamin D in the body. The present study aimed to investigate the serum vitamin D components in different health status of minors to correctly evaluate the vitamin D storage in vivo. A total

Time‐restricted feeding (TRF) in mice increased liver fatty acid oxidation and decreased fatty acid biosynthesis. These alterations persisted when TRF was discontinued and the host was infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Pre‐exposure to TRF did not alter tissue (lung and spleen) mycobacterial burden but significantly reduced CD3+ T cells in lungs
