Adamantinoma is a rare, malignant tumor that is typically seen in the tibia but has been reported in all long bones. We present the case of a woman who presented as a teenager with a pathologic fracture of the proximal ulna that was initially diagnosed as osteofibrous dysplasia and treated with internal fixation.
