High‐Performance Prevascularized SHED‐Laden rGO@Hydrogel Achieves Optimized Diabetic Bone Defect Repair

A high‐performance 3D scaffold integrating rGO and SHEDs is developed to overcome impaired healing in diabetic bone defects. By driving extracellular matrix remodeling, rGO creates a pro‐angiogenic niche that significantly accelerates in vitro vascular network formation.

Abstract Sevasemten (EDG‐5506) is a novel, orally bioavailable, investigational small molecule designed to selectively modulate type II fast skeletal myosin with the goal of protecting dystrophic muscle from contraction‐induced injury. Sevasemten is in clinical development for the treatment of Becker and Duchenne muscular dystrophy.

Potentiostatic Electrodeposition of Binder‐Free Ni–W Electrodes for Coupled Energy‐Saving Hydrogen Production and Urea Remediation

A binder‐free Ni–W nanostructured electrode is fabricated via controlled potentiostatic electrodeposition on carbon paper that aligns with circular economy principles. The electrode enables energy‐efficient hydrogen production coupled with urea remediation, achieving 100 mA cm−2 at 1.77 V and degrading 47% of urea over 30 h.
