A Broadband Ultra High Frequency (UHF) Fat-Dipole Antenna for Digital TV Applications

A broadband and compact planar UHF antenna is presented for use in MIMO Digital TV indoor applications. The choice of the element and its physical implementation is oriented towards a low-profile, low-cost, and single-layer deployment.
