Generalized Damping Torque Analysis of Ultra-Low Frequency Oscillation in the Jerk Space
Ultra low frequency oscillation (ULFO) is significantly threatening the power system stability. Its unstable mechanism is mostly studied via generalized damping torque analysis method (GDTA). However, the analysis still adopts the framework established for low frequency oscillation. Hence, this letter proposes a GDTA approach in the jerk space for ULFO.

Modelling and Analysis of Frequency-Responsive Wind Turbine Involved in Power System Ultra-Low Frequency Oscillation [PDF]
This paper presents a dynamic analysis for ultra-low frequency oscillations (ultra-LFOs) observed in the wind-hydropower hybrid systems. In such systems, DFIG wind turbines (WTs) are required to be frequency-responsive with providing the inertia and frequency support.

FLC-Based Ultra-Low-Frequency Oscillation Suppression Scheme for Interconnected Power Grids
The appearance of ultra-low-frequency oscillations in the grid at the sending end, after asynchronous grid interconnection, poses a significant threat to the stable operation of the system. For post-asynchronous interconnection in a multi-DC transmission

Stark modulated Rydberg dissipative time crystals at room temperature applied to sub-kHz electric field sensing [PDF]
Out-of-equilibrium Rydberg gases exhibit emergent many-body phases due to mode competition. Sustained limit cycle oscillations (OSC) emerge when driven by B-fields at room temperature, forming robust Rydberg dissipative time crystals (DTC).
